240 hiking minutes in three separate hikes yesterday and 155 minutes in a tough one today which I ended up falling and hurting my knee so that's likely it for today :( Been such gorgeous weather too -hot & sunny

Monday 3 hours walking on the treadmill and spin class also doing all the weight machine.
Today 90 minutes Attending a strength training class and also walking on the treadmill.
