Congrats on the weight loss! I am not a wine drinker or much of a meat eater -total vegetarian at home, but will eat it at my Mom's. In my whole family, none of the females drink, but all the males like their rum and coke :P ^0 min advanced kicboxing this morning, 60 min step and then cardio and sculpt for 60 min finishes the day. I love to exercise, which helped me lose and now maintian my weight (because I love to eat also :P)

Did You Know May 29th is National Coq au Vin Day? Coq au vin or (a.k.a. chicken in wine)

Have you ever tried this?
Do you have a recipe for this?
How do you make yours?

I have never had this recipe. I have never even heard about this recipe before today. But I do like chicken & wine. I do know that some recipes do call of meat, poultry or fish to be soaked in wine for added flavor & to help make them tender.

Holly smokes. I never thought I would see this day again I never thought my weight would ever go down. I thought it would take forever FOREVER to lose even 1 pound. Then I hurt my knee a weeks ago. I wasn't able to really move let alone work out. I thought for sure my weight was gonna go up. But this morning when I went to a friends house to get ready for church. I went into the spare room & got on the scale. I was SHOCKED when I read what it said. I got off & got back on 4 times to read what it said. It said I dropped 7 SEVEN pounds. The only real new thing I have done was drink more water & eat less RICE. I feel so good now. WOOHOO

Well, I'm no where near you guys - I'm just starting so my goal is to do 10 min. no-stop of anything. It will be day one.

I believe that life is what we make of it - I plan on making the most out of mine. I try not to sweat the little stuff because "what will be, will be" no matter what we do.

Good Afternoon Everyone,

Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out.

I spent 67 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 44 minutes. Then attended the emoticon Silver emoticon Sneakers emoticon Class for One Hour.

I then went to the school and helped out in the 4th grade special Education with math and reading. After school my son Robert wanted to go to the gym to work out and I worked out on the weight emoticon machines for 25 minutes.

I lost 4 pounds this week. That makes 12 pounds down in three weeks.

Good Evening Everyone,

Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out. I spent 77 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 77 minutes.

I came home and did one load of clothes and hung them out to dry. Took Robert to his shooting club.

Good Evening Everyone,

Yesterday I went to the gym and worked out. I did emoticon 64 minutes on the treadmill, emoticon 30 minutes biking, emoticon 30 minutes on the weight machines and emoticon 60 minutes emoticon doing Silver emoticon Sneakers Circuit training class.

Today I took Robert to school and then went to the gym and worked out. I spent 38 minutes on the emoticon treadmill. Then I rode the emoticon bike for 42 minutes. Then I went to circuit emoticon training emoticon class emoticon for 60 minutes.

I came home and did one load of clothes and hung them out to dry then my husband called and needed help with computer work over the phone. I then went and picked up my son and he brought me supper before church. I lost 2 pounds on the scale this week.

Hope everyone had a good Wednesday with whatever you do.

Thanks to recovering from a total hip replacement, I am getting five hours daily of exercise.
I do 30 minutes on a bike, 30 minutes Nordic walking, 10 minutes elliptical, 30 minutes outdoor walking for cardio and a whole pile of strength training with weights and a resistence band twice a day!! I am one tired, sore puppy, but my physiotherapist is pleased with my rapid progress which is why she is making my exercises longer and more challenging!!!

30 minutes of intervals on the elliptical, 50 min kickboxing cardio DVD, outdoor walking
