Wow, fabulous! I can only do about 10 minutes on the elliptical! Tuesday I swam 1.75 miles in 1.5 hours.

I did 15 mins. on the bowflex I just got it so I am just starting out. That 15 mins. was hard to get through. I will try to keep doing my mins everyday. emoticon

I did a 4 hour caving trip yesterday. There was some low stream passage so my quads and glutes are sore from all the duck walking.

The plan for tonight is 30 min on the elliptical.

I got 40 minutes in on elliptical and did strength on the nautilus. A miracle-- first real time back to gym since asthma attack 2 weeks ago1!!
YEAHHHHHHHHHH -- this makes me happy. I was able to exercise, and when I exercise, I can COPE WITH ANYTHING!!!! emoticon

Yesterday I went on the treadmill for 35 minutes, tossed a medicine ball around with my boys for 15 minutes (harder than you think!!) and did crunches. = 50 minutes. : )

Went in yesterday and signed up for it. As they only want us exercising every other day, and I have Fibromyalgia and a bad back,it's a good plan for me. Will just have to count the other exerctions on the odd days. So, I for the first time, set up a number of exercises I could handle without doing more damage to my body and got in a whole hour yesterday! Don't notice any added pain today so they must be ok for me to do! Yah!!!

How many minutes did you exercise today? I challenge you all to get 30 minutes in at least 3 times per week. Spark Guy has challenged us to get 1 billion minutes of exercise in this year as a Spark community - we need to do our part! Let's go!!
