Once a week I try to do the Virtual 5k (this morning was 40 minutes walk run) But if I am having a rest day I find 10k steps hard to make.

I nearly didn't yesterday but I did 30 minutes on the treadmill.

emoticon Trev! You are on your way! I just count minutes, although I can do steps as well thanks to a Fitbit. I try for 10,000 steps, yes, but usually at least two hours of fitness a day.
