make sure you use brown rice or wild rice way more healthy.
i started this at 248.8 pounds and am hoping i can lose at least 50 in one year.
So, I'm trying to line up dinner and want to include rice. The calorie information is for 1/4 cup dry. I know it' cooks more than that. What I found was that it triples in volume, so 1/4 is 3/4 cup. I found this on the USA Rice Federation Page, along with other interesting rice facts.
