never could find a taste for them.
If you really want greek, why not make some TziTziki? It's really easy (and fabulous with flaming cheese!)
Here's a link to a SparkRecipes recipe

We love artichokes too..I've always eaten them with mayo. I think I will experiment also.
What about some FF yogurt, salsa & a squirt of lime? Or FF sour cream could be used too.
I wonder how a light curry dressing would taste? hmmmm.
Sounds like fun.

I love artichokes, and they’re coming into season. Of course, I need to get away from all the melted butter I used to dip the leaves in! I tried fat-free Italian dressing, but it has a lot of chemicals I don’t want in my food. While I could eat them plain, I’m wondering if anybody has any ideas for a healthy, low-cal dipping sauce? I’m thinking of something with Greek yogurt, lime and honey. Any other ideas?
