I love artichokes, and they’re coming into season. Of course, I need to get away from all the melted butter I used to dip the leaves in! I tried fat-free Italian dressing, but it has a lot of chemicals I don’t want in my food. While I could eat them plain, I’m wondering if anybody has any ideas for a healthy, low-cal dipping sauce? I’m thinking of something with Greek yogurt, lime and honey. Any other ideas?
