Well I would say probably 1 cup to 1.5 cups, depending on what goes into it. You could always make it and then divide it into 5 bowls before even serving it. Then you will know that you have your servings.
Question for the group. It gives the number of servings for the recipes, but not how much a serving is. So, when you do these recipes how do you calculate the serving size? I.e. is it a half cup, a cup, what?
