I did it....I did something different than eating when I was stressed. Yesterday I was so stressed out and that is a trigger for me....I was at my computer and the spark people website was up...I looked at fitness videos and did the 16 minute dance...when it was over...I did not want to binge....in fact I worked out for another 20 minutes.....hooray I did something different today and now I can do it again....
