Just want to report that I thought I was going to have to start taking blood pressure meds. so thanks to sparkpeople and the encouragement to keep exercising I have avoided that for now. Dr. said I had lost 4 pounds since last visit so that was encouraging, about 2.5 months ago, it is not a lot but it seem to be enough to get the job done. I still have a way to go but I will keep moving .
