I am actually surprised to realize that I have less than 13 pounds to go to reach my goal...this time last year I didn't believe it was even possible, starting at 167 I never thought I would even see 150 again, never mind 130 something! I am so grateful for this site! Steadily doing the learning, weighing, reading labels, listening, tracking and daily support has made 'all' the difference. Keep up the good steady effort!
FYI: 5 oz of M&Ms has 270 grams of fat!!! I found out the hard way last week and my trainer made me do 100 extra burpees as punishment. Will do better this week. Still maintaining at 147 -- shooting for 2 more lbs down this month. Thanks for all the encouragement on this site.
