Good Morning Everyone - I've been on this team for a while, however not been really working on releasing the extra lbs I want to disappear - this challenge and Forum sounds like it's just what I need -
to get motivated and to encourage myself as well as others.
Hi All!! Just found this challenge and it souns like a great one. I started an 8 week weight loss challenge at the gym this week that should help me along. I lost 9 lbs in the challenge I did last year. Our trainer wants us to shoot for a 10% wt loss in 8 weeks, which is 15 lbs for me. Don't know if I can do it in 8 wks, but I know I can do it over the next few months at least.
Thanks for all the motivating posts!! I'm gonna commit to reading them daily to spark my own motivation. I work at night, so I can definately use an encouraging attitude to keep me going.
