I don't know but maybe this will help you. I just wrote a blog on this yesterday. What you have accomplished so far IS FABULOUS. You are so much better off now than where you were. Celebrate this as a good thing. Your body has to adjust to the rapid change. I see plateaus as being necessary to any long term maintenance. Wanting it all off fast can be a setup for self sabotage. Celebrate where you are instead of where you want to be. It helps me keep the right focus.

I am inspired, reading the positive and hopeful posts.I am so impressed by the strength and positive attitudes! My weight is down from 207 on April 1 to 183 on June 29, but I feel my willpower weakening as the rate of weight loss has gone down. My goal was 168 by August 3, and I don't think I will attain it. How do you recharge your enthusiasm in the face of a 1-2 week weight loss plateau? Any suggestions? I feel like I need to get into a mindset that this new wellness dimension in my life is real and permanent.
