I forgot to eat yesterday as I was focused on finishing my sewing for Santa and my vest for the party tomorrow. Was hungry when I woke up, then got busy. Finally had a piece of toast and peanut butter at 3, then for dinner it was chopped up leftover pork roast heated up with a leftover half baked yam and a Skinny Cow Truffle bar. I didn't even bother logging my food because the site will just nag me for not eating enough. LoL I will try to do better today.

Yes, I want to join. Would like to lose 15 lbs but 13 is a great place to start. I am at 168 which is the most I've ever weighed in my life! Menopause has been tough but the hot flashes are subsiding and I'm ready to get back to exercising and eating right!
