I weighed my self this mrning, and it was worse than I thought, but good to nip it in the bud early so I am now 127.4 pounds, almost the same as I was January 1st 2013, so will check out the new challenge and hope for the best HAPPY NEW YEAR

So here's my 12/31/13 weigh in: 131. I lost 19 lbs since January. I could have done much better, but fell off more than a few times. My first goal for 2014 is to lose 8 lbs, then I'll see from there. I wish you all a very happy and healthy new year!

Sparks has been good for me, not just this past year when I started back in January of 2010, I wanted to lose for my class reunion, and I did, of course, I have gained back nearly 8 pounds of it, that happened pretty quick, a big cruise for our 50th wedding anniversary, but I do exercise, watch what I eat usually and try to lead a healthy life style, and I do all of the above, much better than I did, I still weigh less than I did in 2000, but would love to get down to 120, that is really where I should be, ( I think) although I am at a healthy weight,
next year more of the same, and I will weigh in the morning, and post it, and I know it is more than December 1st, but I can live with that,

I know it certainly has for me, too. And this crazy, long term challenge is when I really did drop the rest of my weight.

I've had significant moments in my life. What changes are the most significant in yours?

Ha! Not being married definitely works best for me. I no longer even live with my male companion and we get along much better. In most of the world a woman cannot have her own life and I cherish my ability to do just that.

Living nicotine free was the highest and biggest gift I have achieved. It surpasses even the masters degree from long ago. My service work and dedication to nicotine-anonymous.org over the last 16 years certainly has improved my life in an ongoing way.

Third is the ability to make relationships that are loving rich and letting go of any that are damaging. Coming from a dysfunctional family, I learned to have a high tolerance for disturbing imbalances. Part of the benefits of working on myself over the decades (which include involvement in my NicA program fellowship) is that I got happier and healthier along the way!
Hence, here I am, at maintenance weight, wishing you all a

I don't think that I am going to make my 13 pounds, but, you know what, I'm still happy and very, very grateful for the challenge and the progress that it helped me achieve. I forgot to weigh myself at the gym this morning, but I will do that tonight or tomorrow. Whatever the results, I'm thrilled! Thanks to you all.

well I had another small piece of sweet potato pie today, I just can not stay away from temptation, the doctor told my DH he should lose 10 to 15 pounds by next appointment which is mid February, so I have to eat it and help him, emoticon

Hi all! I have been trying to be good with my eating habits during the Holiday's.
I had to take a week off from my fitness due to lower back pain but I am now feeling so much better and am trying to get back to it. My son has been visiting and will be leaving
Sunday to go back to FL. I think I may have gained weight from Thanksgiving to now. I will try to check my weight next week. We shall see. I hope everyone has a great weekend.

I didn't do so bad this holiday season. Last year I gained back my loss during Nov and Dec. this year I was determined not to repeat. Although I indulged at a few parties, I kept up with my walking, which helped. I plan to add more exercise for 2014. Happy New Year everyone!

actually maintaining is doing pretty good, I have a crazy January coming up, my sister is coming out for a month, and we do like going out and eating, so, I have to kind of plan around that and think of something else, I went to the gym today, small class, but I will go back Thursday, to zumba, I did not think they would have it, but glad they are, after Christmas, we all will need it.
and then the end of the year and my final weigh in for 2013,

that is fantastic Patjohn, you lost 13 for you and 3 for me, and now I feel better about the entire year,
I have had a pretty good year, one spark video 60 minutes walking and about 1 1/2 hours working on my driveway, my DH lost 5 quarts of transmission fluid down the entire driveway, and we had put dry concrete on it to soak up the oil, and it really worked, anyway my DH and I cleaned shoveled swept it up, and it looks very good, at least until he has another hose mishaps on his truck emoticon
no weight loss to report, but I still think I am maintaining.

10 days, wow, I can not believe the year is gone, it has been a pretty good year, my DH and I are doing well health wise, and can not complain about too much,
hoping 2014 is a much better year for my DS, the stress and responsibility of supporting a family is tough, so hope next year gives him some slack
but me, I plan on continuing Sparks and continuing trying to lose a few pounds,

that sounds great, I can find it on the chat thread,? I do enjoy having the needed inspiration, not been real good the last few weeks, but, I am pretty much maintaining,
I am pretty happy with my weight, well, if I could lose 3 more pounds and keep it off, so I think I will change up my goad to that in January, and I will join and hope the rest of us do also, sounds good to me.

it rained here today, and oh do we need it, if we do't have I think 1/4 inch by the end of the year, it will go down and the driest yar since they started keeping records, and it is so expensive to water,
anyway, I went to zumba class, and walked on my treadmill not a lot, but I did get more than my quota of steps,
I am trying to eat healthy, if I grab a sweet it is a small one, hoping for the best

much exercise today, went to ear doctor, and he always vacuums out my ear, and I feel bad for 2 days, so, today, I will get my steps in, and that is about it, he now thinks I have o fungus for the time being, and it has become a bacterial infection, so another culture, and back on a antibiotic I go back on the 6th of January, he is gone for a few weeks,
crazy busy, frankly I will be glad when I can slow down and act my age again emoticon

I had a great day, busy, and finishing up my cards, finally, went to the gym, walked and did a short 10 minute sparks video,
and also ate pretty good, but healthy so far but no guarantees for the rest of the day emoticon
I am staying away from the scales, it is the 15th and I am going to wait til after Christmas, so I won't be too disappointed

I did some exercise today, walked 30 minutes a 10 minute spark video, and cleaned at my driveway, my DH left Friday morning and a hose to his transmission or something, came loose, and I had 5 quarts of transmission fluid (oil) on my driveway, I had some kitty litter (that is what I use for my driveways, soaks up oil great, but, not that much, looked for some oil absorbent, but could not find anything that I could afford, I used newspapers Friday morning, and went to Home Depot for a driveway cleaner which I found I was talking to a man and he said that bagged concrete would do the job of soaking it up, so I spread it all over today, and will clean it up Tuesday, and hope it does not rain, and spread to my yard in the meantime, my DH is really no good about that, he has arthritis so bad in his hops and back and knees that I just try to get it done as best as I can, and remember to keep biting my tongue, emoticon
I have been pretty good today, nothing that will drop any weight but perhaps at least maintain,
and I really wish I could shovel some snow (maybe not a lot, but sounds like fun to me,

fantastic Mary Ann, so glad to see you step up,
Sorry, I have not been on for a few days, so very busy, and my ear has me feeling punk again, but it will soon be better temporary, I go back to ear dr. Tuesday morning, so have a piece about coconut oil and garlic to put in my ear, every time I ask him about something like this he says, it is a waste of time, but, I really want to know if it will hurt anything, beings as my ear drum is gone now, I would not want to burn it or what ever,
anyway, Dale, that is such good news,
and in December too, emoticon m emoticon emoticon
I just want to be able to say I have maintained this month,
who am I kidding? I want to say I lost a pound. emoticon
I have been pretty good today, not a lot of exercise, but I have over 10,000 steps, walked 50 minutes as well as 1 Spark video, and I ate a brownie that I made, (with fudge frosting,) emoticon

Happy Holidays and Merry Christmas

I have been added as a Team Leader for the 50+ members with 10-24 pounds to lose Team. I enjoy and cherish the members on this team and really enjoy the topics on the threads. During the past year I lost 16 pounds and am working to keep it off now. I know that part of the success was being involved in this community so I am grateful that you are all here. MACI has not been posting and I know we all keep her in our thoughts, so I have been added as a Team Leader. Never had one day here at 141 this year, and only had 141.5 once.. This week IS ENCOURAGING.

Walked yesterday and today because THE COLD turns me on. I'm so grateful that I don't have to sweat!!!!

It shows how I really know what to do when I need to. YOU CAN DO IT, TOO.

I feel like a simpleton this morning. DUH. I steamed up two veggies for my last food of the night yesterday and my scale says thank you for those! Since I'm already scheduled for an early dinner at Nordstroms with two friends today, I'll get my salmon and roasted veggie plate, which ALWAYS cuts my calorie count down big time.

We S.O.S. on a calorie or two IF we know we won't let ourselves go out of control any further. I know that having a 3 lb scale range is smart because we do have to indulge in things in some way, sometimes.

Mine will be best at 140-143. This is what I believe at this time. All my mother's life, if she put on a pound or two, would be more mindful and cut back to return to her declared 'normal' reading.

THIS is what makes this particular thread of ours very useful. We can zero into fine tuning ourselves with others who are doing the same. A FINE TUNING thread! Maybe that ought to be the name of the next challenge? I like it.

I have found unless I did two things consistently, my set point stayed up, which kept me from dropping weight. One is portion control. Not only the amount of a food but in combination with what other foods really matters. "The proportion of portion combinations" IS MY TICKET TO FREEDOM. Ooh, I like that, too!

I WILL walk today, even if it has to be (shudder) in the mall. I didn't even make 4,000 steps yesterday and just over 4,000 the day before (unless that's wishful thinking made into a memory).

Dale, I don't seem to be getting the e-mails I did either, maybe they or we changed something, not sure but that is a good idea, because, I am at least 1 pound heavier, I just hate to give up, but a fact is a fact
trying real hard today, no sneaking anything, so far, and I do not plan on being out of the shower long befor I go to bed, I have yet to eat in bed, so, so far, so good. emoticon

For some unknown reason, I no longer get the emails from any of the threads I use on Sparks when someone posts. So I can't keep track of time gone by. Sorry about that. I didn't change a setting that I am aware of so I'm quite confused.

Anyway, today is Tue Dec 10 and I weigh 144.

I've decided to change my home page scale number from 142 because this 144 has been occurring with some frequency for a month. Like all of you, I WANT TO KEEP my weight managed, and at 142 was working quite well. WAS has to be translated into IS.

Those long walks have been impossible with our weather from the last 7 days or so. Today I better concentrate on steamed veggies!

went to the gym today, and got a bit done here in the house, feeling drained, not sure if it is stress with all I have to get done, or my ear infection pulling me down, or hopefully I am not getting the flu. that just can not happen for several months, too much to do emoticon

I'm planning to go to Zumba this morning. Exercise is the best way for me to keep the stress in check and the extra holiday pounds under control. I'm not losing any more right now, but I haven't gained so I'm calling it a VICTORY!

I had 123 carbs today, if I can stay around that, I will not get shaky, I hope usually when I cut them too much I feel almost faint, so I will stay over 100
protein still is a problem, and of course the sweet stuff,
I want to make brownies tomorrow, planning on giving most of them away, a few for DH, and maybe 1 for me
so busy here and I keep getting farther behind, I know normal for most of us, who isn't very organized, and I am one of those that isn't at all emoticon

day, I did a sparks video (love them) went to aerobics class and walked 30 minutes this afternoon, really tired this evening, and I odo have aerobics tomorrow too, zumba class which I like lots, so hope I get rest tonight,
I have eaten pretty good today, still thinking about a snack, and I think it will be a protein shake, ran out of apples,
I figure I will get back on the scales on Monday coming up, and hope I am back down in the 125 range,

Sharon, be sure to let us know how you like the Sparks activity tracker, I bought a fitbit back in July, and it really motivates me, so know this one will you, tracks how well I slept and the whole nine yards.

Im hanging tough at 13 lbs down. Hit the mark several times but popped back up a couple of pounds each time. Have added three hours of walking each week. That did the trick. Now I do my four hour long sessions of yoga plus the walking and I seem to be holding to my goal. Hope I can be at goal for the first of the year.

Then it will be time to set a new goal!

Trying to get back into the groove after Thanksgiving. I did a couple of Cardio work outs and day 2 challenge yesterday. I have been very busy trying to take care of things for my mother. Took her for her blood work this morning and we both finally got our flu shots.
I did a new DVD which I really loved. Quick Fit System with my Bud Gilad. I love his workouts and mentally being on the Beaches of Hawaii. I miss FL living so much, that this is the next best thing.
I can't wait to get my Spark Activity Tracker. I hope it is as easy as I have heard. I am not a techie person. I have had the Nike + and could never figure it out. So I am going to use that as a watch..
Time to refocus- I saw I gained a couple of pounds! I refuse to record it yet until I re weigh myself next week.

Hopefully Wednesday will be a nice day! Hope to go out to the lake in the afternoon with SIS.

I really did not realize that we have no team leaders, I knew Maci was not in the picture, and she was very involved for half of this year, lots of time spent keeping track of our weight, but we are doing that ourselves,
I do enjoy visiting, and I think that is what it is all about, a challenge would be nice, I have no suggestions, other than I like the idea of losing a pound a month, I would really like the idea if I could do it. emoticon

Someone said: Christmas is "coming like a freight train..." I like that. (I crouch in the corner til it passes.)

Why post a new thread when we have a discussion thread to use for different topics? I want everyone who is on any of the team threads to be able to talk in one place about this.

There seems to be some interest in discussing who our team leaders are and have the folks actually participating on the team. With MACILYN and FIONA gone, does it matter whether we have team captains? I don't know. I didn't think about it.

I'm always doing volunteer work for Nicotine Anonymous (nicotine-anonymous.org) and between that and sparks, big parts of my day are eaten. Notice the choice of words.

Wonder why Fiona just slipped away? Her posts were getting fewer and far between. But no matter. Whatever ideas any of you have on this topic are appreciated. What does the 50+ team want, if anything, to do about official team leadership? Or unofficial leadership?

I never knew what the team leaders did other than create topics for threads. Clue me in.

Let's post any conversation on this topic in our Chat Thread, shall we? Thank You!

I had a pretty good day, I did a exercise with 2 pound weights, (Sparks), and 60 minutes of walking, I have over 15,000 steps in, and I stepped on the scales this morning, 126.7 pounds, now that may change in the morning, so, I am waiting for that to happen, emoticon and I really have been good about hanging between 124.5 and 125.5, so I gotta buckle down, and I want to make brownies tomorrow, maybe I better rethink that one huh?

Last year I was working in retail and, this year I was home....it is busy during this time at the department stores and, anyway it was nice to be home. I am sorry about the eardrum, i have a friend that had it replaced it is "possible". I too ate some salmon patties and green beans, not to much.....I don't eat meat on Friday. I want the Siberian orchestra christmas music..

today was lazy and laid back, did a bit of on line looking, but only a couple of Chrsistmas CD's I am a sucker for them, we did not venture out around malls at all, a good time to stay away from them,
Prilchetto, welcome we just give each other encouragement, right now we are mainly trying to get to the first of the year maintaining,
I completely stayed off sugars for several months, but I have gradually got back to eating some, not as much as I did and not as much as I want, so that is good, I think, and when you said the snot factor, I know you know exactly what I have,
my eardrum was completely destroyed almost 8 months ago, and my dr says they will replace it (skin off my temple) but I have to be infection free for 4 months, and it seems that is impossible. but I am still hoping

I will get on the scales on Sunday, and I hope that is long enough to drop back down to my pre Thanksgiving weight, cause my pants are tighter emoticon
tonight, I am eating left over broccoli, lots of it, and apple, and some popcorn, that is dinner, and all I need, nutritious (well maybe not) but that is what I want. emoticon

Hi, Everybody, Happy Thanksgiving and blessings to you and your families and friends! I really like reading the posts on this team. It feels so much like family for some reason. Very transparent and down to earth, so to speak. We are in Tuscaloosa, AL, home of the Alabama Crimson Tide and awaiting the "Iron Bowl" and grudge match between #4 Auburn U. and #1 University of AL. We are big college football fans, of course. I have convinced my husband to improve his activity level with me. He walks with me at least 35 minutes each day and does circuit training 2X/week at the Wellness Center. I joined the 28-day Bootcamp Challenge today and want to get a more structured exercise plan that focuses on short bursts of aerobic activity throughout the day, rather than just one big burst of activity and vegging the rest of the day. That's the new activity plan for 2014.

Hi, MerryMary42, Yep! I would INSIST that my MD give me a referral for an ENT that can properly diagnose and treat the fungal infection. How is your hearing? With infection and drainage over time, you are at risk for hearing loss and other complications. Sorry to hear you are not doing well with that. Infections of all types wear down the immune system over time. In the meantime, eat plenty of vegetables, especially raw, with enough lean protein and get at least 8 hours sleep. Skip the added sugar and desserts. I call that adding to the "snot" factor. Infections of all types just LOVE to feast on yeast and sugar.

My DH and I have had a wonderful day, had a late breakfast, and had dinner at 3:30, and I ate plenty, but always kept in mind that I have pie later emoticon actually, I have not added it up yet, but, I did keep my portions good, and I had a nice walk, as well as one 10 minute video,
and the first of December is just 2 days away,

my fungus is inside my ear, not sure a dermatologist could do anything, but after the second opinion if I don't get results, my dr is sending me to a infectious specialist, (whatever that is),
it really doesn't give me a lot of pain, pressure, and it seeps quite often, yuk huh?
anyway, I went to my aerobics class today, and the instructor was not there so my friend and I worked out on the machines for 60 minutes, and I already feel like I will be sore in the morning, not got much to do, we picked up our diner at Mimi's earlier today, and I need 2 hours to heat and prepare it, I have boiled eggs for my DH,s devilled eggs and have to do a vegetable tray, then I am all set, a piece of cake (I hope)

I feel like I have gained a pound, just planning on what I will eat emoticon

Am I GLAD you are HERE. emoticon

I skipped Monday and Tuesday on this thread but not on my efforts. The scale had soared to 145.5 so I got a big pep talk through a phone call from someone who is motivating, and snapped myself back into place. I certainly don't want my weight set point to rise.

I agree that you all motivate me, too, and it's good to have our well being the subject of this thread.

MERRY, that problem has lasted for eleven months? It IS about time you went to a dermatologist, isn't it? Or if your doc is one, yes, a second opinion at a hospital with good specialists working there.

We ALL have to complain once in awhile. Otherwise we can turn into stoic martyrs, and that's as bad as being a complaining kvetch.

running late again today, and did not do so good on my nutrition, got plenty of exercise, cleaning, moping, walking, busy went to ear dr. still have my fungus, my primary dr is sending me to a different ear specialist for a second opinion, glad this is happening, I just hated to complain, because my dr is trying to get rid of it, he just hasn't yet, and it has been 11 months, since I have been going to him, 21 months since I got it.
I can understand how we get to busy to eat healthy, I have grabbed anything all day, nothing structured, tomorrow will be a different day, I hope,
I have not got off the plan so, I have to stay motivated

I made it back from a business trip with no gain so I'm really happy about that. I was pretty sure that I would pack a couple pounds on with the change in meals and lowered activity, but I got through it okay.
Here's to staying strong for the rest of November and the rest of the year!

running late today, my DH had a dr. appointment, just a checkup but, it put everything off, at least I went for my walk early, so that helped,
I got my steps in, and I think I am going to have to rethink my goals, I am getting obsessed with more and more, and I am darn tired, most of the time, and my reading/relaxing is taking a hit for sure,
ok, I will quit complaining, left over soup tonight, better tonight, I think,
I went to aerobics class this morning, and will go on Wednesday, may have to just work on machines, our instructor will not be there, and she is not sure if she can get a replacement, oh well, I will be there.

Stopping by to say Hi! I have been so busy lately and my son came to visit for Thanksgiving. He arrived Saturday, just in time for my husbands birthday on Sunday! I sure feel so blessed having seen him in Oct and November. He will also be visiting for Christmas..

My only guilty thing I have done so far during the Holiday is have a drink, Mudslide and was so surprised of the calorie count. It was over 500 calories. Yikes!!

My Fitness minutes are down some but that is OK. I really could use the break. Today I did 47 minutes Cardio/ light weights and 100 push ups. I started a push up challenge on the 13th, committing to 100 a day to the end of the month.

The temps have really gotten cold, 18 degrees this morning and maybe some sleet Tuesday afternoon. Sure would enjoy some homemade soup right now. Yummy.. Oh gee, I really miss living in the Tampa Bay area. Their lows were in the 60's.

I hope to get out for a run Tuesday before the weather gets bad. Weird thing was I was sick for a month and half. Before I was sick it was so hot, now it is freezing. What happened to Fall?

Soup sounds good....I made a pork roast in crock pot and it cooked all night....woke up to snow so I did not get out, but walked inside on treadmill. don't give up walking I too have arthritis,
not diagnosed but I know it is painful when it is cold, here is it 30 wind chill at about 22..
I am in El Paso, Texas border to Juarez, Mexico.

today I cooked a big pot of vegetable beef soup, a small amount of beef, I used mostly bones to make a broth, any way, healthy, but then I made cheddar bay biscuits, love em, and not so healthy, but I only ate one, and it was great.
I live in southern California, opposite ends of our country huh?
It has been cool here the past 4 or 5 days, low 60"s, I worked outside most of the day, got a lot done, I wanted to start putting up decorations for Christmas, but I guess I did get a start, washed 2 windows outside, cleaned my porch, and tossed a bunch, as well as put weed and feed on my yard, well actually, I helped DH put on the weed and feed, the rest I did by myself, , another important reason why I have to stay strong and healthy, my DH has got arthritis so very bad, that walking is hard on him, he sure has not given up, but I try to help as much as I can
I had a good day, walked 45 minutes is all today, but worked in and out, woke up feeling great, so hopefully, I will do the same tomorrow. I have nearly 18,000 steps so far today, and that will be about it, tomorrow is another day.

I believe I'm possibly walking about the same pace this year as you. In winter I rev it up because I CAN, but my 10 lb pooch isn't thrilled when I go around my closest park lake 3 times. I think I'll leave him home some of the time, or carry him some of a go round. It's in the 20s right now. Crazy cold for November, I say.

Thanks for befriending me. I wondered where you found me! November has been a modified month from my strictly aware and unattached to food relationship this past half a year has so beautifully afforded me. I'm on thin ice right now.

So I have just cooked a half bag of frozen spinach and popped it into an Oriental flavor raman noodle soup bowl (which is quite large), including the water from the spinach in there. I am hoping that this will hold me until a late dinner, or into a fixed calorie continuation for the rest of today.
I'm in Maryland. Where are you guys? emoticon

walking outside is my main and favorite exercise also, I need to get out and clear my head, I do not always move real fast, I try for about 3 miles an hour, and I guess that is about what I average.
I had a good day today, rode with my DH quite a bit, but just reached my 15,000 steps, and really expected to only get 10,000.

Haven't YOU been productive!!!!! I'm very impressed with your week. And how fortunate to have your gym covered by insurance. My, my. My walking is free so that's what I do. I have bands I could flex against, and hand weights, but I don't touch either. Seems I need that outdoor air to snap it together. Well, maybe things will change in 2014 for the better yet.

I have a Mimis Restaurant here and they just changed their menu back to what they said it used to be. I wouldn't know what it was before the last couple of years. Anyway, not having all that cooking is fine for retired folks who don't LOVE to cook. But then, even if you love it, there comes a time it's just too darned much.

A friend is bringing her deaf Aussie to visit and walk with us for the first time today. I hope it all works out fine! I have to be ready to go for that walk as soon as she shows to initiate them properly.

I go to the gym 3 times a week for aerobics, sometimes if I have the time, I just go to workout, I have straight aerobics 2 times a week, and zumba 1 time a week, now this is silver sneakers classes, but our instructor thinks we are young chickies, (which is far from true) but we all enjoy it so much, and we do move. My insurance plan covers my gym, and I have sure utilized it since I retired, a real blessing
My DH and I decided that beings it will only be the 2 of us for Thanksgiving that we will order a meal from Mimi's and pick it up Wednesday evening, it takes about 2 hours to heat and finish it up, and serves 6 to 8, so we will have leftovers, and our son and his family will be down the next day,
My DH did not want me to do all the cooking just for us, but, I feel like I must, (tradition?) anyway, this will solve all kinds of work, and I ordered ham, those leftovers are always good .
I have got in 18,000 + steps today, been busy, cleaning ceiling fans, washing clothes, worked outside some, and just moving around in general.

Maybe if you write more about your patterns or what your life is like, you'd get more of a handle on solutions? I hope you do, because I have seen how you stick to your commitment to be on Sparks.

I did love my zumba the year I took classes but it kicked my a*S. Those lessons were gifted to me by my friend and were affordable. I need small classes and huge fans, which was my winning combination. Now all I hear about are crowded sessions around here in gyms I don't belong to.
It's great to hear how you love it. How many times a week do you go? I found 2 worked for me the best.

Walking has been consistent and longer while the temperatures hold out well here. But sleep has been interrupted some nights this week. This time I just decided to get up after waiting an hour or more to fall back asleep. Whatever; that's the way it goes.

cool day, a bit of rain, (hooray) and I made chili, not the best choice, but lots of beans, and tomatoes, but I have to have cheese (1 ounce) and crackers (8) I wanted more, I am full up, so hope I stay that way all evening, I have an apple planned for later though
I have been good today, went to the gum my zumba class, and we do work up a sweat, I am not very good, but I sure have fun, and I sure do move, so that is what it is all about.

142, good going I get on the scales, and maybe it is 1 pound up or down, but I only claim what it is on the 1st of the month, and I make sure the day before I am very good, hopefully it wont be up, maybe down
and that is coming up soon, right after Thanksgiving, oh my, how to be good, We can do this, if not a loss at least we will maintain
