Yes I am doing cardio everyday. I walk 10000 steps everyday. Drink water, very little sodium
need to just change some of my cardio to different i think.Its just not as easy as when I was
younger that is for sure. I am grateful I have lost 11 pounds, so it is coming off I am sure
will get the other 8 off I want off. I will just have to work harder to do it.
Hi Lynne, are you drinking water, watching portion size, getting in more fresh fruits & veggies, lean protein and fiber? Getting in some daily exercise and watching sodium too?
It is like I stay stuck in around the same 10 pound weight frame.
