Yes I am doing cardio everyday. I walk 10000 steps everyday. Drink water, very little sodium need to just change some of my cardio to different i think.Its just not as easy as when I was younger that is for sure. I am grateful I have lost 11 pounds, so it is coming off I am sure will get the other 8 off I want off. I will just have to work harder to do it.
