Check the feedback on your nutrition. Sometimes a small adjustment in what you eat will make a big difference.

beverly

1) Track all foods and stay in nutrition range
2) Exercise 30 minutes daily and track
3) Work in sewing room daily
4) Declutter one closet/cabinet or repair something around the house
5) Call or e-mail one out of town family member daily

Also watch your sodium intake and drink your daily water. Use portion control and of course use the trackers here! emoticon

I find that its best to track your food and eat different things and a bit less for a day or too and a different work out sort of kick starts a new loss

Look at your nutrition. If you start using the food tracker you can find out if your portions are too large or your calories are too high. Diet is the number one indicator of weight, and exercise is secondary. But you probably know this already. Best wishes.
