Pledging to dedicate myself to my well being. I learned how to post daily and use the trackers. There was so much I thought I knew that I needed to learn. Now it's holding my vision firm of how it feels when I have boundaries that I choose. They give me security rather than unsettle me now.

I agree with ElizaCG9. Learning to use the Food Tracker, and then actually tracking what I was eating was truly eye-opening. I realized what nutrients were significantly lacking, and read articles about what foods to add. I asked a couple questions through the Message Boards and got plenty of help and support. I joined a Challenge.
That really kick-started my personal program.
Life is a Journey, not a Destination. Plan the trip wisely!
