Are you tracking your weight and measurements on the My Weight tracker (my trackers tab top left of this page?). You can print reports that show your progress. emoticon

I'm new to this. So do I come here (Team: 50+. Forum: Motivation & Encouragement) once a week and log my weight? I usually weigh on Sundays. Do I need to change the day of my weight-ins? Help appreciated. Thanks
