Are you tracking your weight and measurements on the My Weight tracker (my trackers tab top left of this page?). You can print reports that show your progress.
You can use this thread weekly like you suggested, or daily if you'd prefer.
You can keep your own scale day if you'd like. The suggestions around here aren't fast rules so see what works for you and WELCOME.

I'm new to this. So do I come here (Team: 50+. Forum: Motivation & Encouragement) once a week and log my weight? I usually weigh on Sundays. Do I need to change the day of my weight-ins? Help appreciated. Thanks
