Some times we have to allow a bit of a rest. Stick to salads and not the dressings. Write down in a notebook what you eat and maybe log it all in separately once you are home. Yes keep up the exercise even if it means getting out early on your own.
Don't let the worry of doing everything right stop you having a good time.
Its all about building a new way of life so if your week away puts weight on use it as a learning experience not a failure.

I stay aware of what I eat. I work out, either in the hotel gym or I find local YMCA and use my membership there.

Next week I will travel to see my family, and will be gone a week. I intend to stay with my program, log my food, and hope to continue to be able to lose weight. But I could use some hints and tips about how to do this when I am not in my own kitchen! I'll be staying with family, may eat out once or twice. I am gluten free, so I am accustomed to being careful with what and where I eat. But not being home is scary.

I'm worried I'll gain back the few pounds I've lost. Help???

Thanks!

One day at a time...
