Once you figure out how to use the tracker it will be easier. I love the tracker. You need to know portion sizes in order to be accurate so in the beginning, estimate as best you can. You will get the hang of it.

Last night we had dinner at Fresh Choice, a salad buffet place. I had about half of my calories left for the day, and ate a big plate of vegetables, fruit, beans, and a small baked potato. I added a couple tablespoons of fat free honey mustard dressing. Dessert was strawberries with a dollop of whipped cream. I'm fairly sure I stayed within my calorie allottment, but am having minor anxiety about not logging the food. It looks odd on my graph. Am I over thinking this? How do others handle this issue?
