talk to your Dr. before you do anything. There should be PT coming soon I would think.

So sorry to hear about your back surgery Cathy...I'm glad that you're on the mend though. I'm sure that it's going to be a very slow process but there will be light at the end of your tunnel and you'll feel great :)

Have you tried a therapy pool. Warmer water makes walking easier and still burns calories and exercises and strenthens muscles

Four weeks recovered from back surgery, but still not able to move very much. Hubby takes me out every night for a walk, but it is slow, and I end up having to use a walking stick. Anyone been through this that can offer some hope at the end of the tunnel??
