OMGosh, this is a fabulous site! I agree, I love using the recipe search and the options for meal plans along with keeping my daily progress (calories consumed, exercise, etc) right there in my face!. I managed to lose 2.8# my first week!

I hear ya girl! Sparks is great, you just have to remember to use it everyday, the days you can't keep being accountable anyway you can. I find that if I don't ck in daily, I just seem to forget that I am foodie and get right back into the goodies. Keep sparkin you will be at goal wt before you know it. ~Maci~

Thanks Sparkpeople for making me accountable for what I eat and how much I exercise. It is easy to deceive ourselves but by putting down everything I eat (or seeing if I can eat certain things before eating them) and writing down my fitness achievements I can really see and feel a difference in under a week!
