all i can say is i know alot more than i used to know about fitness. im feeling better ------------- and ive made some wonderful spark friends.

what could be better?

OMGosh, this is a fabulous site! I agree, I love using the recipe search and the options for meal plans along with keeping my daily progress (calories consumed, exercise, etc) right there in my face!. I managed to lose 2.8# my first week!

Totally agree with you! I have been on SP for 5 months now and I feel just as enthusiastic and motivated as I did when I first started. Before SP I would lose that feeling after just a few days! emoticon

I hear ya girl! Sparks is great, you just have to remember to use it everyday, the days you can't keep being accountable anyway you can. I find that if I don't ck in daily, I just seem to forget that I am foodie and get right back into the goodies. Keep sparkin you will be at goal wt before you know it. ~Maci~

One Day at a Time:
1) 10,000 steps daily
2) fruit & vegie at every meal and log
3) aerobic or strength train every day
4) 7 hours sleep daily
5) check in with SP daily

August 2014 goals:
1) Get my nutrition back under control and record daily
2) Finish the forest service quilt and wall hanging
3) Ride my bike 25 miles a week
4) Clean and de-clutter one room each week

Thanks Sparkpeople for making me accountable for what I eat and how much I exercise. It is easy to deceive ourselves but by putting down everything I eat (or seeing if I can eat certain things before eating them) and writing down my fitness achievements I can really see and feel a difference in under a week!
