Today I am wearing some adidas shorts I found in the bottom of a drawer in a closet I seldom visit. It is funn to see how much I've changed. My weight has been static since last November but these shorts have not seen me or the light of day for years!!!

Carve out what is most important to you first, then allocate your day to others! I promise you and they will be better for this decision!!

Hey REVANN-
I started having a tsp of lemon juice in my ice water first thing in the morning...it's supposed to help clear out the toxins faster, and I've noticed that I don't retain as much water...I do it a couple of times a day especially after I've indulged in a higher sodium meal.

Maybe it can't hurt?

I keep trying to change it; but it keeps going back to where I stated. So discouraged. I can do 8 lbs a day in water. Something about my kidneys not functioning at full level. I don't get it. My Dr. says just drink water. This is deep tissue water not surface and it will take a long time to balance out. L:ike I said, I don't get it but I'm not losing any more weight. Bummer!

I think I will make the jean challenge by Sept. However, since I live in Vegas, I won't be wearing jeans until Nov. That gives me lots of time. I will shoot for Sept. to be in line with the Team.

How are you all doing on the jeans challenge? Some of us are challenging ourselves to look good or even just fit into a pair of tight jeans in our closet by Labor day. I think I am gonna be sportin mine by then.. Join us if you arn't already!!

Congratulations! This is such a wonderful feeling! I have given my clothes away also, but now as goal time is getting closer, I am getting nervous. Trying to figure out the reason, so wish me luck!

I, too, am gladly getting rid of clothes that are too large, the same clothes I'd kept before because they were too small! Thankfully, I am at the last of those, and will be getting new clothes and giving them ALL away!

Isn't it a GREAT feeling!!! I saw a quote from a member which said "Nothing tastes as good as thin feels!" I agree!! I keep wanting to pinch myself when I slip into clothes that previously were unzippable! I also got rid of all my larger clothes...no going back now!!!

Congrat's on your success! I have lost ten pounds since the end of May and got rid of all my big sizes and am now wearing jeans that I could not even begin to zip even laying down.

Hi everyone:

Remember me - Mrs. No Clothes. Today I am wearing a pair of shorts that I haven't been able to get into in a year. Didn't even have to lay on the bed to zip. I'm very excited and wish to encourage others and thank you all for your ideas and support. Still have another 15 lbs to go, but I'm motivated. If I can do it, so can YOU.
