The big message I have gotten from the book so far is that lack of activity, moving, exercising tells your body it's time to die and that moving, thinking, doing and exercising tells your body to continue regenerating and continue living! I am all for continuing to live! emoticon

She(WMBO) gave me a copy of this book. I got a sore neck while reading it. I was nodding so vigorously to everything they were saying.

I am younger now than I was 10 years ago, I swear.

I haven't heard about the book but it sounds like one to add to my list. Thank you for sharing.

I must admit that I am a major procrastinator! I bought the book but have only read about 10 pages. Hopefully I will get inspired, because I am definitely not getting any younger by not reading it!

I just started reading Younger Next Year for Women by Chris Crowley & Henry S. Lodge MD. One point he makes that really hit home is that 70% of aging is voluntary and it's a choice we make by how we live our lives.

To night I went to a Healthy Women's event and the guest speaker was Ali Vincent. What a difference she has made in her life !!
