Well, I finally broke down and bought a podomotor. This one keeps track of steps, weight, distance, fat burned, calories burn and even has and exercise timer on it. I am actually excited to start using it. It was on the lower end of the cost scale, but I really don't need one of those fancy ones that cost an arm and a leg sort of speak. So this will do the job just fine. I wish this weather would make up its mind. This time last year we were at 80 degrees and today we are at 40 degrees. Come on Spring!!!! Hopefully I will reach someone close to 1000 steps tomorrow.
I FINALLY got over 10000 steps today. Is that counted as exercise? Whether it is or not, I am happy that I finally got there. Don't know if it will happen every day or not but at least, it's a start of something! -Carol

Thatis a great feeling to have. Wish I had some. Its still snowing here and as you can see we are in March, actually the middle of March, since St.Paticks Day is this weekend!!! Let see if we have snow or sun and 50's. I hate this crazy weather. LOL I have been attempting to work out in the evenings at home, but its not the same. I have also got the idea to work out during my lunch hour by walking the stairs. So far I have not had the time, I have been playing catch up with work stuff during my lunch break. But I am getting that feeling as well, so I have increasing my veggy meals and more protine and fiber and water intakes throughout the day. I have been spring cleaning as well. So I am hoping that by next week I will be able to get outside more and the snow will be gone. Keep it up!!
I started walking around the small park behind my office with a couple of co workers today. It's 71 out today and suppose to be 81 tomorrow. I'm getting the Spring Fever go get it feeling. It's wonderful. Motivation!
I think I can. I know I can. I will.

I am still trying to work out reqularly but sometimes its not easy. I have been sick again this week so I have not made it with my work out. It seems that the only time I have to work out it during the weekend.
I still have not really gotten into any physical exercise routine but I did, at least, figer out my FitBit Zip and I did enter some exercises into my Tracker so now all I need to do is start doing them daily!
