My challenge is to figure out how to get in a hard workout at the pool, and have a little relaxation time afterward, and still be helpful and respectful to the only other person who will be in the pool at the same time. She is obviously lonely and needs to talk, constantly, without ever listening.

So far the only solution is to swim constantly. She just keeps talking and I can't hear her. I, however don't seem to have enough stamina to do that for long.

Such a petty little problem in the face of everything going on in the world right now.

My challenge is based upon this concept of taking care of me in a non-physical way, too. My challenge is to get to work, five minutes earlier each day until I am consistently there about 15 minutes prior to start time.

I did this today and I could not believe how much stress was eliminate by not having to start work right away. I organized my desk and was able to glance at my mail. Felt good.

My 5 min challenge today is to spend 5 min to my self with a nice hot cup of tea. Along with this I plan on doing some devotional reading. Adding to my 5 min challenge I plan to do some yoga and meditation. This will be my weekly challenge for me.

I can do anything with God on my side!
