Okay, I think I understand I choose my own 5 minute challenge. Today I will do the 5 minute abs on the ball. It is killer for me and I can't do it until I get home tonight at 9:30.
Tomorrow the challenge will be to do it before I leave the house at 7:45am.

Hi Leni.. and everyone. I havnt been posting, but do check out the daily challenges. The other threads got to be too confusing to sort thru. I tend to do a week of things on same day. Dont have time to check everyday, but will make a point to huddle daily anyway. Will help with some of the goals too.

10 raise your hands
10 bend your hands to side
to the count of 20 shake your hands
to the count of 20 bend your neck from one side to another
to the count of 50 raise hands and touch your shoulders.

I think it should be a new challenge everyday that everyone does and not left up to one person challenging one person and then a different thing for someone else. I can already see that people lost interest in that way and didn't keep it going.

Ok I found those Dumb bells and of course they were right where I had them all the time. I looked there twice, didn't see em. They were probably camoflaged.

well I did mine I hope it was not 5 hours for you dear.

Next for 5 minute is doing strength training

20 bicep curls
20 lateral raises
20 dumbell shrugs
20 dumbell tricep curls
20 calf raises
20 standing adduction
20 standing abduction
20 leg extension.

wow 5 minute and sweating.
