Just walked a mile with my office friends. We did it in 20 minutes. Does that count for 4 days???LOL only kidding. Looking forward to tomorrows walk around the park, it's suppose to be in the high 80's. YEAH!!!

So, my 5 minute challenge was to begin my work day without the stress of rushing to get in the door. So, each day I left home 10 - 15 minutes earlier. The first day, despite leaving home early, I ran into a non-working traffic light that made me arrive late, But, guess what? I did not feel stress because it was out of my control.

The next day, I ran into some unusual traffic, but because I left early, I already timely.

Just a small thing, but it makes me feel better. The better I feel, the less temptation is there to overeat.

I made the cranberry jello salad, and baked 98 molasses cookies, returned 2 videos, got 1 more, and cut up some celery, onion, and carrot to put in the stuffing tomorrow. I also prepped the turkey, to stuff it full of stuffing and cook all morning. I also did a lot of grocery shopping today. But I believe I've got everything all set for tomorrow. We're going to have a family night tonight. We're going to play games and maybe watch the movie I rented today.

I am really pushing more crunches, even when it hurts, I keep going, I keep hearing no pain no gain, did an extra 15 crunches........Yeh!
