I do 30 wall push ups every time I stop to go to the bathroom at work. Sometimes I can get in 3 or 4 sets of 30 in a day!

well belly dancing is in which you move you belly or stomach in exercise it is a lethal exercise for the body.

Sitting my fanny on the couch and doing leg raises.
This was actually harder than I thought it was going to be, I thought I was getting away with something doing this for just a minute, but it actually got my heart pumping and I completed it! I wouldn't have done it if it had to be for 5 minutes because I would have felt defeated- so way to go for getting me to move today!!
