I am rethinking my strategy today I have been drinking more than 8 glasses of water eating much better than I ever have and when I started I was using a cane I only weigh in once a month the first month I lost ten pounds but today for my weigh in I gained five .But it will challenge me .I no longer use a cain at all so I know the exercise is helping .

My bosses are seeing my new increased energy, and its really BUGGING them. Okay, so there are days that my energy combines with serious lack of sleep to make me a little "bouncy" (think "Tigger with a Capital T!")

Its funny though, because every time they make a comment, I tell myself that it's because I'm changing, they can see it, and they aren't! Which makes me smile all the more!

i will stick to my guns on dieting to lose weight despite the negative remarks i get from friends because their happy being overweight whereas i'm not!i will stay focus and beat this! WooooHoooo!!!

I can make everyone aware of the fact that I am actively trying to lose weight. This way they will not offer me the foods I am not allowing myself to have...

Something that I am trying to do is to make sure that little dialogue that is going on inside of your head is saying positive I can do this type of thoughts.

So many times my thoughts turn negative and I am trying to avoid that.

Probably cut out the junk food. At work they always have some, so I bring produce and only have a little. That and up my cardio.

I need to DE-STRESS! I think if I did that, it would help me stick to my routine. So, my daughter is showing me some yoga moves and I'm starting them tonight. Wish me luck!

I am going to divide my fitness into 3 sets and rotate a set for M,W,F; a set for Tu,Su; and a third for Sat. I am also really checking my ranges on the food tracker, even adding sodium. I am varying my diet, not eating the same things. I have added one serving of nuts per day. I am de-stressing and de-cluttering my home and life. I am working on spirtual and mental also.

Today is a Fresh Start. It is a Do Over Day. Choose to Be Happy!

The sun will still come up tomorrow.

Whatever you do or don't do it will NOT be the headlines on the network nightly news.

With GOD all things are possible.

What can you do, starting right now, to help you stick to your goals? Anything different? Anything new?
