We all want to lose wight. No doubt about that! Have you ever thought about what it is that you are looking forward to the most when that happens? When you lose 10 ponds, drop a clothing size, reach your goal?
I can't wait to: Share my daughter's clothes! Have more energy. Be able to hike that trail I've been avoiding. Look in the mirror and see a collar bone. Snorkel all day long and not get tired!!!!
Soon! Very Soon! We just have to keep focusing on these rewards. What about you? What are you looking forward to?
My favorite excercise is walking. Yesterday the temperature was up in the 40s so I went for a three mile walk. It felt so good!!!! today there is another snowstorm, so back on the stationary bicycle I go
Well That is a nice way I used to do so when I was in my teens now it is baby will wake up so no music but I will do cleaning and pending work tomm by music well how about music well I have to buy tubular beels heard them on you tube they were good so new buy.
I live off of routine - that is the only way I get things done. However, I find myself trying to mix things up a little. I will do my routine with flare is how I put it. Instead of just cleaning house... I clean house with good music blaring. I exercise... but mix it up with different workouts. I have to have the routine, but it is the quality of the routine rather than what you do day in and day out!

Well that is kids are a great responsibilty but I was wondering tell what time they will be 3 years 4 .After that we will all remember these times when they where kids.So routine with them can be fun too .So can anyone tell me about fun...FUN.

Yes, I agree that routine is very boring and we all need to do things to mix it up a little. But like you said...how can one mix it up? When doing the daily housework...try dancing to some music while dusting. If you still have kids at home, involve them with the everyday routines.... give them a washrag or clean dust cloth and make a game of cleaning...see who can get the most done in a certain time frame.

So I want to start with Routine what is routine something boring everyday.It makes one wonder why life is made so to go on and on like it was yesterday, a month before.
How is one expected to change all the thing when we are so still standing where we are everyday of the week different results expect different work.
At times one feels good that routine is something we know we have control on it,we can predict it.After running the whole week on a vacation one feels good to come to home to do all the things but yet how can on have the normal day different can you comment on this?
