Yes. I try to weigh myself every morning. It is my reminder to stay on track. If I see a big jump I know that I need to change something.

Yes, and I am happy to say that I am a pound less than yesterday, but still not close enough to my goal. I have not been exercising as much lately and I've been eating very poorly. It's time to get myself motivated again.
