Our challenge today is to go back and finish up any challenge that we have not done this month and would like to complete. Then post your November final total for the month. I will be giving out the spark goodie for this Challenge on (or around) December 2nd to everyone that has completed at least 10 days of the 30 challenges!
I will be posting the next few days challenges ahead of time as I am going to be busy the next couple days, that way you can work on each challenge when you have time also. You do not have to wait until the day on the Challenge to do them.
Track your sodium for at least three days. If you are not already tracking this you can find it by clicking the nutritional goals tab, when you are done tracking any of the items I have you track for the challenges if you no longer want to track them you can hit this same tab and then hit remove and it will take it off for you.

Challenge for November 1st:
Just like every month remember you have from the time I post the challenge until the end of the month to complete each challenge, you do NOT have to complete the challenge on the day it is posted. We are going to work on consistency in November by doing "mini challenges" instead of just one day challenges since the holidays are coming up fast. Let me know what you would like to work on this month. This helps me to come up with the challenge ideas. If you can think of anything you would like added for a daily challenge please let me know.
Everyone that completes at least 10 of the challenges will receive a spark goodie.
