Oct 16th meditate/visit the salt cave 50 minutes
Oct 17th tracking sodium everyday
Oct 19th - read health acticles
Oct 22nd read Spark changes article
Oct 26th fitbit says I get 8 hours of sleep!
Oct 29th I cant believe I didnt get my pumpkin in yet!
Oct 30th gave goodies
Oct 31st - I didnt do as well as I wish I could have, but I at least tried
