Challenge for June 30th:


Our challenge today is to go back and finish up any challenge that we have not done this month and would like to complete. This is also a good time to finish the "monthly' goal like lose 4 pounds this month. Then post your May final total for the month. Remember if you do not own weights you can use almost anything as weights. I have used water bottles or cans of vegetables in the past when I did not own weight.

Strawberry Salad

2 pkgs tapioca pudding
1 pkg strawberry jello ( I use the bigger box of jello
3 cups water
cook to a boil, stirring.
add 1 box frozen strawberries and stir until thawed
cool completely and then add a 8 oz tub of fat free cool whip. Stir and refrigerate.
