Challenge for December 31st:
Our challenge today is to go back and finish up any challenge that we have not done this month and would like to complete. It is also a good time to check on some of the "Monthly" goals such as the lose 2 pounds this month challenge. Then post your December final total for the month. I will be giving out the spark goodie for this Challenge on (or around) January 3rd.

i want to make sure i get more exercise in every day.
For the month of December I will post a new challenge each day and you will have from the time I post it until January 1st to complete that days challenge. You will only get points for doing the challenge 1 time. So for December you can get 31 points if you do the challenge each day. Remember to check this thread each day as the challenge will be different every day.This way we can work on many different things during the month. After you complete each challenge come back to this thread to let us know you have finished it. Also the person with the most points at the end of the month will get a spark goodie!
