9/5 vaccuuming and washing windows, etc. 30 minutes = 3 points

Total points = 23 points

I did 30 mins walking during the day. Then after work I did 60 mins on the eliptical and 30 mins on the stationary bike. Are we still going with the 10 pt max per day, or are we counting all our mins towards points??

golf yesterday: 120 minutes = 10 points
golf today 250 minutes = 370 minutes = = max 10 points
(I am so tried and my legs ache!!!!) emoticon

LIke the challenge. I ran a little over a mile and then walked home. In total I had 50 mins so that is 5 points for me. It was my first run since I pulled my hamstring.

Let's all take a chance to max out our exercise! It doesn't matter if it is cardio or strength, what you want.

1 point per 10 min. of exercise
Max of 10 points per day. So you could get 300 points for the month!

The top three with the most points will win Sparkgoodies!
