For August we are going to go back to the basics. You will get 1 point for each thing you do each day. You can earn 3 points each day. If you do every thing each day you can earn 93 points. This should be an easy challenge , but if some of you are like me these are still things I need to keep working on. The person with the most points at the end of the month will get a spark goodie.
1. Eat at least 5 fruits or Vegetables each day 2. Drink at least 8 glasses of water a day 3. Get at least 8 hours of sleep each night.
