Our April Challenge is going to be to see how long we can keep a streak alive.
You can pick something new to do or pick something you already are doing but just need to work on it. For example, I drink my water most of the time but need to work on getting it in every day so this will be what I work on this month. Post on this thread what you want to work on for your "streak" and then come back and let us know how many days you keep it going. If you break your streak, donít get discouraged. Just try to outdo yourself next time. Post on this thread by May 3rd how long your longest streak was. The top two streaks will get spark goodies!
Consistency can be helpful, but it can also be motivating. When it takes the form of a streak, consistency is an underrated way to get your blood pumping again. Keeping a streak alive, even for a short time, is an instant power boost. It breeds confidence, builds momentum and puts you on the winning side again if youíre starting to feel yourself slide.
