I did 100 bicycle crunches today AND danced a little while I was baking for our Open House/Bake Sale at the Firehouse this weekend. Knee is holding up so far...swollen, but holding up.

I've been on the "injured" list for the past month. I'm finally walking without limping and cut the grass yesterday! My weight is holding steady...I lost the 10 pounds of water weight I had in my legs when I took the Prednizone (doctor's orders). I can't do the Tae Bo yet, but I'm still doing my bicycle crunches!

for July I Started at 168 and ended at 171
so gained 3 lbs... But whats weird is I lost inches...

am in size medium Tops
10 stretch / 12 reg pants (12 regs.are a bit big but reg 10s are a bit tight
