Try Stott : I have a lot of their videos (including rebounder, but not for reformer) and they are all very professional. They have the biggest selection I have ever seen and allow previews of videos on their website. I usually order of Amazon though :) They also have videos in French and Spanish if interested. Not cheap but very good quality instruction.

If you can't find a Pilates rebounder or jumpboard video, look for regular mini-tramp workouts and just take the exercises horizontal. Some typical reformer plyo variations are changing from a straight jump to side-to-side, rotating, moving "around the clock," and skiing; adding an air jack; and single-leg. You can also do some of the more standard reformer exercises with the rebounder attached: try doing the footwork series -- you'll probably have to work a lot harder to stabilize, which is a good challenge.

I am so happy right now - I'm actually ecstatic. This weekend I was browsing through Craigslist and found the reformer that I really wanted - one with a rebounder - to my shock, it was incredibly cheap. I bought my original rebounder off there and it was in excellent condition - but it was one of the older models that you couldn't use a rebounder with. I thought - what the heck - I'll just forward the post to dh and see. Well, he has been impressed with how dedicated I have been to my machine that he said yes - and picked it up for me. It was in excellent condition - and I doubt it was even used once - I am in love. The one thing I really liked about the new one is that you can adjust the ropes and they start out a little above where you are lying down. My older reformer had the ropes below you so when you did some exercises the ropes would hit against the shoulder rests. Because of this, the new reformer gives me more range of movement.

So, I ended up getting the Stamina AeroPilates 700 Premier Reformer. So far, I have no complaints. The reformer came with 3 videos - but strangely enough, they did not detail even 1 exercise with the rebounder. I tried finding some exercises on Youtube and couldn't really find any that weren't just 1 minute long or were an infomercial.

I'd love to find some online - if you know where any are. I really want to know if you have any recommendations for either a book or video (to purchase) that would help me make the most of the reformer. I'm interested in your opinions on videos for using the rebounder - and really, any videos you would recommend for the reformer would be appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance,
