I just weighed myself and I weigh 169.5! Yahoooooo! I'm sooo excited! Do I get tickets for the 160s express? I haven't measured the other things yet, but will in a moment.

Do you have a printer? You can print one out right on here. Go to "start" and on the left under "my tools" click "weigh in" and up top to the left you can print out one. I doubt it will be the best but a start until you get one. And please do, you will not be sorry! I promise!

Well, I'm aboard the 170, but I weighed myself today and my scale is reading at least 10 pounds off, so I have to weigh myself somewhere else today. And I have no way of measuring myself, so what should I do about that?

Sorry guys, I've been a bit behind, but will catch up today. Our express ticket info will be coming, and little extra weight blasting goodies blasts will also be posted! Pull that scale out, write down that number measure yourselves, bust-around boobies, ribcage- under boobies, waist-smalled part from hips to bust, belly button-around belly button, hips-widest part, each thigh, each calf, and each upper and lower arm. I know it sounds like a lot, but I promise you, you'll thank me. You will actually see, the inches melting away! I promise! Than as your measuring and weighing, if you can take a picture, so you can recall where you started. I also recommend you take a picture once a month to visually track your progress. Let's go!!!!!!! emoticon
