Track foods-keep carbs between 80-120
Calories in the target range (depends on fitness)

Walk 10k a day
Add some small weight training in 3-5 days a week

I didn't lose 4 pounds, but I lost 3.6 pounds! Very close!

My goal: I want to start doing Coach Nicole's Turkey Burner workout again, 3 days a week.

On track for last week's activities. This week I have been able to add more reps to some of the exercises.

This week I had success! I did three sessions of the Turkey Burner workout. Thanks for making this challenge! I was going to wimp out twice this week, but thought about this challenge, started the workout and finished it.
