My goal: I want to start doing Coach Nicole's Turkey Burner workout again, 3 days a week.
This week I had success! I did three sessions of the Turkey Burner workout. Thanks for making this challenge! I was going to wimp out twice this week, but thought about this challenge, started the workout and finished it.
