9/23/13 - I did better, stayed within my calorie range and walked for 55 min. including 16 min. on the treadmill, a total of 4051 steps, 1.91 miles, almost two miles. and I did a 11min. seated cardio video. A pretty good day.

9/24/13 - doing okay so far today with staying in my calorie range. I stayed within my calorie range. and walked for 60 min., 4250 steps, 2 miles. A pretty good day

9/25/13 - I stayed within my calorie range and walked for 60 min, 4349 steps, 2 miles. A pretty good day. Since first tracking my steps a couple weeks ago, I have nearly doubled my steps most days. I still need to do more strength exercises and more cardio. Will do better as I go

9/26/13 - I had another bad day today, feeling a bit lazy. walked 15 min. 1071 steps, 1/2 mile. staying within calorie range so far. I will do better tomorrow

9/27/13 - Only did 15 min. of exercise, walked about 1/2 miles and stayed within calorie range

9/28/13 - Only did 15 min. of exercise, walked about 1/2 miles and stayed within calorie range

9/29/13 - I did better today. I did 25 min. of exercise, walked 2664 steps, about 1 and 1/2 miles and stayed within calorie range

9/30/13 - did okay today. 45 min. of exercise, walked 2759 steps, about 1 and 1/2 miles.
and stayed within calorie range.

Well the month is over, I have exercised, stayed in calorie range, tracked and posted. I guess I should be discouraged because I haven't lost any more weight, but I have been more consistent, but still not doing enough exercise, I have maintained and not gained any of the weight back and I know what I need to do to finally lose consistently again. So all in all I am okay with my progress this month. Thank you for the challenge. It has been a success for me.

9/21/13 walked 45 min. 3880 steps, about 1 & 1/2 miles doing shopping, walking all over Walmart and farmers market

Did okay with calorie range, was at the low end.

staying in calorie range so far today. going to a bbq for dinner, could be a challenge.

0/19/13 - still doing okay.

walked for 30 min. today, 2400 steps, 1.13 miles
rode stationary bike for 10 min. 2 miles.

stayed at low end of calorie range and continue to track my food every meal

moped 2 floors and did three loads of wash, hanging out and bringing in. for extra exercise I put basket on porch floor instead of railing so I would have to bend down for every item.

9/18/13 - At my official weigh in on Mon. I was back down to 144 lbs.

Have been doing good with my walking all week. and today added some stationary bike.
I did 20 min. going 4 and 3 tenths miles.

My goal is to lose enough weight so that I can not only wiggle into size 14 jeans, but actually feel comfortable in them. I am walking 30 min each day, and reducing the caloric count each day.
Walked today 30 min....
Long term goal is size 12 and 155 lbs...

Starting second week of challenge, and after a weekend filled with town and family events and a lot of food everywhere, I am sorry to report my official Mon. weigh in is not good. I am up 2 lbs.
I hope it is a temporary gain. Will have to really get working this week.

9/12/13 - I have been doing a lot more consistent exercise, and am now counting steps as well. averaging 30 - to 60 minutes of exercise each day. Thank you for this challenge it is really helping, at unofficial weigh in this morning I was back to 144 lbs.

I'm in and though I'm posting late I have been doing my plan for the month all week. I will do 15 minutes on the stationary bike 5 days a week and strength training 3 days a week using the Spark exercise videos. (I love those chair ones, they make me sweat but keep the pressure off my bad knees) I want to lose 5 lbs. this month. emoticon
Week one down - Did the bike 5 days but only did the strength training 2 days. emoticon

I am really late but i am in. Yesterday I went to the gym and walked at 3.5 mph for 30 in. then 15 min on stationary bike. I just joined back after not being able to go the entire summer (no babysitter for 6 yr old.) My goal is to continue to go every day I have off from work and slowly increase time and intensity. BTW, this gym only costs residents 30.00 a year and has all the exercise equipment one could want! Goal for Sept. weight loss of 5 lbs.

I am going to also choose to do a minimum of 15 min. per day of whatever exercise I can do that day, it will change often, but I like Varity. This morning I did 10 squats, 5 lunges and 15 wall pu. I will do at least 7 more min of exercise today to get to 15.

New here. Multiple health issues. Walk daily 5 - 20 min to tolerance. Exercise bike daily up to 20 min to tolerance. One spark exercise routine of my choice daily. Saturdays and Wednesdays are free day except for walking. Start at 145, gain stamina, strength again and then slowly lose 25 to 30 pounds cause I'm not quite 5 foot

9/2/2013 - Official weigh in day. I lost one pound last week. 144 lbs. starting Sept challenge.
So far today I did stretch and tone exercise routine for 45 min. emoticon

15 min. on stationary bike - 3.2 miles

9/03/13 - walked for 60 min. shopping all over wal-mart and dollar general.

9/04/13 - walked for 15 min. and did a lot of house cleaning.

9/5/13 - walked 10 min.

9/6/13 - walked 10 min. and did stretch and tone routine for 45 min.

9/7/13 - walked 15 min.

9/8/13 - I don't exercise on Sunday. ended up doing 10 min. walk,

I will do either treadmill or stationary bike daily except Sun.

10 min. or more every day.

I plan to lose 1 pound a week

I will post weekly on Mon. (weigh in day)

This Challenge is Choose your Method of Work out to Lose the Weight you want.

I know that some of you have had injuries and were not able to do last months Challenge. So, I thought it would be fun if we each choice our own way to lose weight.

This is how it would work:

1. Decide what type of work you want to do & how often you want to do it.

2. Then figure out how much weight you want to lose.

3. Then Post what you want to do here along with how much you want to lose.

4. Then you can Post daily or weekly on what you did and your minutes. You can also include what you ate that day or your calorie intake also if you like.
