9/23/13 - I did better, stayed within my calorie range and walked for 55 min. including 16 min. on the treadmill, a total of 4051 steps, 1.91 miles, almost two miles. and I did a 11min. seated cardio video. A pretty good day.
9/24/13 - doing okay so far today with staying in my calorie range. I stayed within my calorie range. and walked for 60 min., 4250 steps, 2 miles. A pretty good day
9/25/13 - I stayed within my calorie range and walked for 60 min, 4349 steps, 2 miles. A pretty good day. Since first tracking my steps a couple weeks ago, I have nearly doubled my steps most days. I still need to do more strength exercises and more cardio. Will do better as I go
9/26/13 - I had another bad day today, feeling a bit lazy. walked 15 min. 1071 steps, 1/2 mile. staying within calorie range so far. I will do better tomorrow
9/27/13 - Only did 15 min. of exercise, walked about 1/2 miles and stayed within calorie range
9/28/13 - Only did 15 min. of exercise, walked about 1/2 miles and stayed within calorie range
9/29/13 - I did better today. I did 25 min. of exercise, walked 2664 steps, about 1 and 1/2 miles and stayed within calorie range
9/30/13 - did okay today. 45 min. of exercise, walked 2759 steps, about 1 and 1/2 miles.
and stayed within calorie range.
Well the month is over, I have exercised, stayed in calorie range, tracked and posted. I guess I should be discouraged because I haven't lost any more weight, but I have been more consistent, but still not doing enough exercise, I have maintained and not gained any of the weight back and I know what I need to do to finally lose consistently again. So all in all I am okay with my progress this month. Thank you for the challenge. It has been a success for me.
