i am not a morning person but i do get up on weekends or on days off and exercise for 20-30 minutes then eat breakfast. i always get 1 raw fruit and generaly a dairy product- cottage cheese/yogurt. that way i get protein and calcium. i sometimes add a whole train item.
I only exercise in the mornings on the weekends but I do eat a healthy breakfast. This morning was turkey bacon and scrambled egg with additional egg whites. I need to get to the store this afternoon and get some fruit to go along with it.
