i am not a morning person but i do get up on weekends or on days off and exercise for 20-30 minutes then eat breakfast. i always get 1 raw fruit and generaly a dairy product- cottage cheese/yogurt. that way i get protein and calcium. i sometimes add a whole train item.

Breakfast - Tea, English Muffin w/ peanut butter and fruit

Workout - Walk, stairs, crunches, Elliptical and cleaned floor.

Overslept this morning so I rose but didn't do much shining. Did 5 minutes of stretching and drank my coffee while walking to the barn. After barn chores were done, had breakfast.

I only exercise in the mornings on the weekends but I do eat a healthy breakfast. This morning was turkey bacon and scrambled egg with additional egg whites. I need to get to the store this afternoon and get some fruit to go along with it.

Started stretching exercises while still in bed, then finished them as soon as I got up.

Will have breakfast right after my 2 cups of coffee.

Woke up, had breakfast of green drink, phyto berry drink, supplements and bacon. Went to the gym, did back and biceps.

had a light breakfast of Tea, Toast, Oatmeal and Strawberries.

Worked Out - 4 mins. on Elliptical Trainer , 25 Stairs, 35 walking, 15 sit-ups
