I journal 5 days a week already but with challenge, I plan to journal on the weekends. Maybe pre-plan my basic eating for the weekend a head of time. I plan on working out 5 times a week. Like to lose 1-2 lbs for February.

i want to drop 5 lbs start mini journaling my eating - need to control the mindless eating i exercise almost everyday. with befit i do 35 minutes a day 5x a week. my 2 days off i either do light intensity work or do a kickboxing workout.
