I journal 5 days a week already but with challenge, I plan to journal on the weekends. Maybe pre-plan my basic eating for the weekend a head of time. I plan on working out 5 times a week. Like to lose 1-2 lbs for February.

I would like to lose at least 2 more pounds this month. I am going to try to do at least 30 minutes of cardio 5xs a week.

Want to lose another 3 lbs this month at least. (So far lost 7)

Would like to aim for SOMETHING at least 2 days a week. (Right now dealing with a sick toddler sick myself and tending to my newborn with hubby working about 60 hrs a week.)

25 lb goals at a time! Final goal weight of 190.

i want to drop 5 lbs
start mini journaling my eating - need to control the mindless eating
i exercise almost everyday. with befit i do 35 minutes a day 5x a week. my 2 days off i either do light intensity work or do a kickboxing workout.

Don't forget to be awesome.
