Spinning this morning, and a outdoor hike this afternoon (it was actually sunny here in Cleveland today) cold but I bundled up.

Yesterday - I went for a 30 minute walk and did weights.

Today - I cleaned the house, 30 minute walk, 5 minute on the treadmill and 25 workout and 20 minute cool down.

My goal is for 25 days of exercise of at least 30 minutes in December.

Yes, you can make up your own if you want too. If you are not able to move that much or restricted just a little movement is just fine. Whatever you want to do is fine. It is what you want to do.

I thought it would be fun to have a combine challenge for the Holidays.

Mine is to at least do 20 mins Cardio. + 10 mins of Strength training + 15 mins of stretching a day.

I no longer feel like 10 minutes is a challenge, so I'll write my own if I may.

30 minutes cardio x6/week with a minimum of 10 minutes the 7th day.
10 minutes of stretching a day.

OK, this is very lame but I blew out my knee the other day so I'm pretty restricted. I did 10 minutes of chair aerobics. I was surprised to see it actually felt like I got a little workout!

The CHALLENGE:
