I no longer feel like 10 minutes is a challenge, so I'll write my own if I may.
30 minutes cardio x6/week with a minimum of 10 minutes the 7th day. 10 minutes of stretching a day.

December tends to be a very busy month for many reasons. Everywhere you go, there will probably be food or food promotions. Let's not allow the season to derail us from our goals.
