I would like to lose three pounds this month. Have lost the bulk of my weight and the tough part has begun. The less I have to lose the tougher it gets. I will use all the SP tools to attain my goal. My plan is not to give in or up.
Right now I weight 125. I just want to keep that weight. I was up just before I left for California to see my son. I lost it went I did a lot of work on the house we are selling and helped our son move. So, I want to keep it off.
