We can keep doing this challenge, I can add another topic for the new new challenge if you think you would like to do it.
Whoever answers the challenge gets to come up with the next challenge
example: I'll start the challenge with something like...I challenge someone to do 10 setups today. example: The person who accepts the challenge says: I'll take you up on your challenge and I'll challenge some one to drink 8 cups of water today.
I think it will be a lot of fun, the challenge can be anything..it doesn't have to be exercise ..just needs to be a sensible kind of challenges.
