My goal is to workout every day, unless I'm sick or still in too much pain from a prior workout. But not to skip just because I don't feel like it. I will admit, the heat got me off track. When it gets really hot there is really no activity that I am OK with doing in the land of workouts.
I have a yoga studio that I really enjoy. It's hard to make the time but I was pretty good at it during the last year. But I need to make sure that on the days I don't go to yoga I need to do a home workout - even if it's only 20 minutes.
Today's I'm going to a 4:30 yoga class with a friend. That's key because I can't stand her up. That's my usual Monday strategy . . . but I don't have a strategy for the other days yet.
Spark helped me reach my goal weight so hopefully it can also help me get my budget on track :)
